Farm Dinners and Fundraising Event
We are announcing two 50 seat, fundraising dinners featuring our smokehouse at The Cook Shack.
May 20th and May 27th.
We are endeavoring to take the next venture out here at Hentze Family Farm to the next level. That means adding revenue streams that will foster and renew the traditional agriculture here.
That means embracing the new paradigms for agriculture in the valley. Agri-tourism and agri-business. Things that are becoming parallel to farming ventures themselves. Folks want to engage in farm activities. We strive to make all our guests happy.
We should already be a Farm Brewery. We are not even building anything. We are installing a nano brewery system in the big red barn.
We are poised for a modest success here in rural Oregon. We have all the potential. We have limited opportunity. All of the hurdles are economic, regulatory and statutory.
Lane County has had our brewery permit for over a year.
It should not be this hard.
