Farm to table? Field to mouth!

We're launching a small craft brewery on the family farm.
Hentze Family Farm has been here since 1902 and we would like to keep that going for another century. One of the ways forward, in today’s challenging economy, for a small farm, is to get into “value added production”. Taking one’s harvest and making it into something else. We’re just applying the same type of model a winery does, but with malt beverages. And there are so many farm harvests that can become beer or malt beverages. As we’re a fruit farm at heart, we’ll focus on fruited offerings. But we’ll offer a complete beer lover’s paradise for our guests.

Raspberry Gose
A Gose beer is a traditional “sour” beer traditionally from Germany dating back centuries.
Classically Gose style beers feature very little in the way of hops, but will feature salt, fruits and herbs.
Generally a Gose is lighter in alcohol and meant to be a summertime thrist quenching draft.

Boysenberry Saison
The Saison is another northern European style of beer that is really pleasant when incorporating a fruit harvest into the recipe.
We’ve done small batches of the Boysenberry Saison and it’s exactly that blend of fruit and beer that you dream about.
Thank you, investors!
We’ve been able to get our farm brewery dreams started!
Thank you, SMBX and all of our believers.
