Come and experience a glorious celebration of our harvest, and our region's amazing bounty.

We are please to collaborate with Chef Chris Spalding, formerly of Marché, to offer you a five course, fully paired, tasting menu that features our farm, our local sister farms and our glorious region.

First course will feature a mixed field green salad with a bounty of garden fresh greens lightly dressed with a raspberry vinaigrette. Complimented by a pan rustica and chive butter.

The second course is Oregon Bay Shrimp ceviche and house made tostaditos.

The third course will be an intermezzo of boysenberry granita. Just for a little palate cleanse.

The fourth course will feature fresh Alaskan Coho salmon and a sweet summer succotash (a Hentze Family Farm staple this time of year).

The fifth course will be a mixed berry shortbread with a custard cream. All of our courses will be complimented by farm craft beverages to delight and astound!
